I grew up in a small, run-down, former mining town in the Midlands of the UK. I was the first person in my family to graduate from university, earning a degree in Physics and then followed the sensible route into a secure and comfortable corporate career.
But I always had the feeling I was supposed to be building something of my own.
I wanted a way to combine creativity, technology and genuine commercial impact.
After 4 years of hustling 80hr+ weeks... last year, I decided to leave the security of my corporate job and pursue building my business properly.
I started Creative Laboratory alongside the most talented AI creators in the game to take a different approach to ad creative: combining the speed and flexibility of AI with the human judgment needed to create ads that actually convert.
